Payment is required before accessing coaching programs.
Refunds are not available once sessions or digital courses have been accessed.
Installment plans must be completed as agreed.

3. Coaching Disclaimer
Jackie Carroll is a certified coach, not a licensed therapist or financial advisor. Coaching is for guidance and personal development, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
1-on-1 sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
